A Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certified in behavior analysis who supports the delivery of behavior-analytic services. RBTs work under the close supervision of a BCBA® or BCaBA® and assist in implementing treatment plans designed by licensed professionals. This role is typically part of a supervised clinical team, providing direct support to clients while contributing to structured, high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school Diploma
- Be able to pass background check
